Proclaiming the Glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ

Paul Fuller

On a Sunday evening in June of 1980 an “altar call” was given at First Baptist Church in Danville, Illinois. That night the Holy Spirit opened Paul’s eyes to his need for Christ and changed his heart to repent and believe in the gospel of Jesus. He knows that he will spend eternity in heaven with Christ based on the truth of Acts 16:31 where it says that if we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, we will be saved.

While serving in various leadership roles in the early 2000’s at Emmanuel Baptist Church (now Crosswalk Church), a desire in Paul’s heart for more and more ministry began to grow.  Seeing the effect ministry had on his own life (through the mentoring of his pastor) and the joy it gave him to minister to others, Paul was encouraged by several men in his life to consider theological training. While pursuing education in the Twin Cities then, he was able to serve as an elder, counselor, and music leader at a small church in Golden Valley until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Paul ministered as a counselor and teacher at Baxter Avenue Church in Louisville, Kentucky. Paul has been laboring at Grace since 2012 and was ordained a pastor in November of 2014.

Paul received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1999 and completed a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2011.  He is also certified with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.

Paul and his wife, Audrea, have been married since 1997 and have been blessed with five wonderful children: Savannah, Sabrina, Elayna, William, and Wesley.
